ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT:

After placing your order, we will run a stock inventory check and confirm your order availability by email. (Do not input your credit card information when placing the order as stock availability needs to be confirmed before we accept payment.  Once we've confirmed the stock is available, a PAYPAL Invoice is sent to you for payment.  Your hair will ship (Mon- Fri) within 24 hours of payment being received. 

SHIPPING: 

Please allow one day for packing and shipping time on all hair orders. 

United States Shipping:
Fed-Ex next day delivery - $35
Fed-Ex 2nd day delivery - $25
Fed- Ex 3rd day delivery - $15

International Orders: 
There is a flat Packing and Shipping fee of $40 for orders ship outside of the United States.  The hair is shipped via USPS. Delivery takes 4-7 business days.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We are committed to our customer satisfaction.  Please remember to place your order with care and ask all questions before hand and follow our maintenance instructions after purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, there is a No Refund / Exchange Only Policy.  Please review and inspect your hair order upon receipt.  We will accept exchanges of undamaged, uncut, unworn merchandise within 10 days of purchase. We'll send you a new length or hair texture upon receipt of exchanged hair..Please enclose the original sales receipt with your exchange
